Documented Quality – Certification as a Necessary Foundation


Through discussion with their patients/customers, the Servona GmbH employees are daily finding solutions to meet all individual requirements. This unconditional customer orientation plays an essential role in the success of the company. As the satisfaction of every individual patient/customer is important to us, we, as a medium-sized company have a technically founded and reasonably documented quality management.    
The medical/technical market, in particular, requires systematic quality assurance measures, which must constantly be checked and where necessary, corrected.

These quality assurance measures as well as our organisation and procedures for qualitatively high-value results are checked by an independent organisation, TÜV Rheinland Product Safety GmbH.

As proof of the successful testing, Servona GmbH has received a certificate stating that the quality management system is in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13485 for:
  • Development, production and marketing of aids for laryngectomy and tracheotomy
  • Patient-orientated services
  • Individual supply of medical aids and advice, taking into account the dictates of economic efficiency
  • Training by qualified nursing staff in the fields of:
    • Laryngectomy/tracheotomy
    • Enteral nutrition
    • Enterostoma
    • Wound management
    • Incontinence
    • Rehabilitation technology
